Short term licence agreements provide a flexible low risk option; an ideal environment for new start ups or established companies seeking a professional setting. Stanlaw Abbey Business Centre has offices in a range of sizes, from 108 to 791 sq ft (10 – 73.2 sq m), offering office space suitable for small to medium sized enterprises.
The centre benefits from 24hr CCTV, access control with intercom facility, managed reception area and a daily postal collection service.
The extensive conferencing and meeting room facilities are available at a discounted rate for licencees.
Licencees may be able to apply for small business rate relief.
No Long Contracts
To ensure the flexibility for a short term contract we offer a standard rate. All our contracts only require 30 days notice.
